This is really the bread and butter training module as it covers all relevant issues that forward looking banks should do, respectively not do.
This course is very practical and focusses on those issues that typically tend to go wrong or become at least difficult.
It covers a brief introduction into E&S standards for financial institutions.
Further it explains the necessary components of an E&S management system and the single necessary process steps. Then it briefly covers important aspects like “convincing your customer” and ESMS case studies/ lessons learnt.
